Why Google is Celebrating Pani Puri today?

The world-famous search engine Google named its doodle ‘Pani Puri’ (Gol Gappay).

Panipuri is also known as Gol Gappay in many countries and is eaten with great enthusiasm in South Asian countries including Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India.

Golgappe is a street food item served with chickpeas and potato in crispy Gol Gappay.
Today On July 12, Google created a doodle of Golgape and also shared interesting animated games of Gol Gappay.

Google Celebrating Puni Puri

Google has created a doodle of Gol Gappay today because on this day in 2015, a restaurant in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India set a world record by serving 51 different flavors of Golgappe.
