WhatsApp will stop working on these phones from 2021

WhatsApp, the world’s most popular messaging and video calling application, will not be able to be used by Android and Apple phones with older operating systems in 2021.

According to the report, Facebook-owned WhatsApp has announced that after December 31, 2020, WhatsApp service will not be available on iPhones whose operating system is older than iOS9, as well as smartphones. The phone will have an operating system older than Android 4.0.3 and will not be able to use WhatsApp.

WhatsApp administration has asked users to upgrade their smartphones to the latest operating system for uninterrupted service.

According to the report, iPhone users who have iPhone 4S, iPhone 5 and 5S, iPhone 6 and 6S should upgrade to the latest version of iOS in their smartphones as soon as possible or at least iOS9. Otherwise, they will not be able to use WhatsApp after December 31.
