More than 30 killed in child daycare center shooting in Thailand
According to details, at least 34 people, including 22 children, died as a result of a shooting at a children’s daycare center in the northeastern province of Thailand.

The assailant has been identified as police lieutenant colonel Paniya Khamrab and was dismissed from police service last year for drug use, said police colonel Jakapat Wijthritiya.
The police colonel confirmed the death of 23 children in the attack and said that the dead children were between two and three years old.
The government spokesperson said that Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha has directed all agencies to be active to catch the accused.
This incident has taken place on an occasion when a serving army officer in Bangkok shot dead two comrades in a military training base about a month ago.
