Biden says U.S forces would defend Taiwan in the event of Chinese invasion

US President Joe Biden said in a recent interview that if China attacks Taiwan, US forces will defend Taiwan. He said that there has been no change in America’s policy towards Taiwan.

US President Joe Biden further said that there is a one-China policy, but Taiwan has made its own decision regarding its independence. We are not encouraging Taiwan. He said that The decision for independence is Taiwan’s own.
