United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has expressed regret over the devastation caused by floods in Pakistan.

According to the details, Pakistan’s Permanent Representative Munir Akaram met UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

On this occasion, Antonio Guterres said that he will make a special appeal to the international community to help Pakistan in this difficult time so that the process of rehabilitation and reconstruction can be made possible in Pakistan.
