Dust storm hits UAE today – reduces visibility
According to foreign media, due to the dust storm in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the border has been affected in most of the states, due to which the schedule of many flights has also been affected.
According to foreign media reports, many flights could not land at Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah Airports due to visibility restrictions.
As the border was affected, the flights were diverted to the nearby states, due to reduced visibility, the flight schedule has also been affected due to which the flights coming to Pakistan are also delayed.
Flights from Dubai to Islamabad and Karachi are also delayed, more than 200 passengers are on board the flight from Dubai to Islamabad.
According to the United Arab Emirates Meteorological Department, winds are blowing at a speed of 40 kilometers per hour at Abu Dhabi Airport.
On the other hand, it is raining in many areas of Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah state, while there is a possibility of late night rain in Al Ain city of Abu Dhabi and Fujairah state.
