Bank Holidays announced for Eid ul Adha 2022
According to the State Bank of Pakistan, all banks will be closed from Saturday, July 9 to Tuesday, July 12 due to Eid-ul-Adha.

Last week, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif approved a five-day Eid-ul-Adha holiday. According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, Shahbaz Sharif approved the Eid-ul-Adha holidays from July 9 to 12.
It should be noted that Eid-ul-Adha will be celebrated in Pakistan on July 10 (Sunday).
On the other hand, the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) on Wednesday opposed the decision of the federal government regarding the five-day Eid-ul-Adha holiday.
In a statement, the FPCCI said the five-day Eid holiday was “not a good decision”.
