Zoom down: Video call app breaks in the middle of the working day
Zoom Down – Tens of thousands of apps report not working in a major shutdown.
Tens of thousands of users are complaining about video chat and conference call site issues.
In the United States, DownDetector has more than 15,000 reports of zoom issues.
It is not clear what caused the problems.
Zoom said: “We have received a lot of reports that subsets of users are unable to access the Zoom web portal.
“We are currently investigating the issues and will provide updates as we have them.”
Apologies for the disruption! We were experiencing an incident earlier, but this should be resolved now. If you’re still having the issue, please let us know! Also, this thread is a reply to a message from yesterday, the status page should now be up to date for the issue today!
