WWE Talent’s Reaction To Vince McMahon Investigation Revealed

Speaking on the recent edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer provided some insight into how WWE Talent reacted to the news of recent allegations against Vince McMahon.

Per Meltzer: “Talent didn’t know. Talent didn’t know anything at all. It all happened at the same time to those who hit us and they don’t really know what to do with it. Are asking. The same questions we are all asking and then, what will happen if Vance leaves? Who is in charge? Where does the matter go? “

An article published by the Wall Street Journal accused McMahon of secretly paying $3 million to an outgoing employee following an alleged affair. The settlement – signed in January 2022 – prohibits the employee from talking and insulting his relationship with McMahon.

In response to the story, a special committee of the WWE Board is investigating the alleged mismanagement of McMahon and John Lorraineats, Head of Talent Relations. Vince McMahon has also resigned as CEO and chairman of the WWE until an investigation is completed, with Stephanie McMahon replacing him on an interim basis.
