Shaheen Shah Afridi determined to play against West Indies
Talking to the media in Lahore, Shaheen Shah Afridi said that the West Indies team is not considered a weak opponent. We’ve always played for Pride. I try to perform well wherever I can.
He said that there is no problem with playing in the hot weather of Multan. It’s hot but the team is excited. We are all ready and will open well this year. Will perform well in the ODI series. It will be difficult for a fast bowler to spell long in the heat. These series are very important for the World Cup.

He said that after 14 years, holding international cricket in Multan is welcome. Matches have been played in Karachi, Lahore, and Pindi. Now Multan fans will also get to watch good cricket.
He says the county experience has been great. Wanted to experience the conditions there. This experience will benefit when the Pakistani team visits England.
In response to a question, Shaheen Afridi said that he is practicing batting as well as bowling. I will hit sixes against West Indies.
Asked about his performance, he said, “Speed alone is not enough unless there is a line, length, and swing.” I want to get 15 or 16 out in three matches.
