government decides to shut down metro bus service during PSL
According to
details, the Punjab government has made excellent security arrangements for the
matches of the Pakistan Super League in the provincial capital Lahore.
Because of
this, the metro bus service will be closed, including closing many of the
city’s highways for general traffic. It is reported that 14 matches will be
played in Pakistan Super League series in Lahore. Metro bus service will be
temporarily closed during these matches. However, in those days where there are
no matches, the metro bus service will operate normally.
According to
The district administration the metro bus service will be temporarily shut down
due to security concerns.
Citizens
expressed reservations in this regard, saying that the shutdown of the metro
bus service would make it difficult for them to travel daily. It should be
clear that there are only a few days left to start the Pakistan Super League
festival. The tournament will begin in Karachi from February 20. Most matches and
finals of the tournament will be played in Lahore. It is also clear that for
the first time all the matches of Pakistan Super League are being held in
Pakistan. Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi and Multan will host the matches of the
Pakistan Super League.
