Provincial Education Minister Saeed Ghani while talking to the media said that all schools in Sindh would be reopened from February 1st while the new academic year would start from August 2 and summer vacations would be in July only. The Education Minister said that the examinations of Class IX-X would be held from July 1 to 15 while the examinations for Class XI and XII would start from August 25. Saeed Ghani said that children would not be promoted to the next class without examination this year. The Education Minister said that 13,900 cases of code have come to light in some colleges. There have been cases before where we had tests and closed educational institutions for a few days.
