Eating fish is beneficial for people with kidney diseases
Fish is commonly known as a helpful diet in the pursuit of vitamin D, including heart, brain, digestion, and eye disease, but a recent study has revealed another surprising benefit.
A recent study by US medical experts has shown that eating fish with kidney disease can benefit them.
According to research published in the medical journal ‘BMJ’, American experts researched ‘Omega -3’ or simple terms to examine the effects of various types of fish on kidney disease.
During the research, experts reviewed 19 different investigations in 12 countries around the world.
Experts reviewed the data of around 26,000 people involved in the investigation, with volunteers taking information for 11 years.
The volunteers whose data were reviewed were re-examined after 11 years.
Experts concluded from the investigation that overall, nutrients are based on different types of fish, and eating kidney diseases while eating fish benefits older or severe kidney disease.
Experts said that the data revealed that people who received ‘omega -3’ vitamins from vegetables and fruits did not make any difference to kidney disease, while those who eat fish significantly reduced the disease.
According to this study, people who were eating daily fish-based diets decreased by 8 % of kidney disease, while volunteers who ate more food from fish increased by 13 % of acute kidney disease.
Experts say eating fish can also protect from kidney diseases.
